Refund policy

We do accept returns on some of our items. We do not accept returns on wigs and top pieces for sanitary reasons. However, we will accept returns on wigs and top pieces if the product received is defective or not the correct item ordered.

At times, we may make an exception and If we do, or if for any reason we receive a wig return, the wig must be returned in re-sellable condition and packaging not worn, brushed, or have any tags removed

Please be aware that any returns received, due to reasons other than a defective product, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
